Mr. McSherry graduated from Syracuse University (B.S., summa cum laude, 2001) and University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 2007). He is a member of the Central New York Estate Planning Council, Onondaga County Bar Association (Member, Estates and Surrogate Court and New Lawyers Sections), and New York State Bar Association (Member, Trust and Estates Law and Young Lawyers Sections). He also is a Certified Public Accountant and was formerly employed as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. The May 2010 issue of the New York State Bar Journal featured a cover-page article written by Mr. McSherry entitled "Retirement Accounts and Special Needs Planning."
